:Vice Chancellor Hiro Dex:  A giant of a man opened the front door of the Academy and took a step into the main hall. His brilliant red hair shown from the light of the sun outside, His beard was a master piece that any man should be proud of. Over his military like cloths he wore a huge jacket that seemed a little to warm for the current weather but even that couldn't conceal the rippling muscles that gave him his size. A golden jewel encrusted duel disk rested calmly on the arm that was still extended from opening the massive door. He stopped to look around at all the new faces and listen to the chatter of excited duelists, Here goes another year I guess, they just seem to go by so quick. I guess I should get all the stragglers to the assembly hall. He look over to a boy in a red jacket, a Slifer, who was looking around not sure where to go, it was probably his first day. "Hey you, in the red jacket," The boy turned to look at the towering man, Hiro could see the fear in his eyes. I guess I sounded a little harsh there, I should try to watch my tone so I don't scare the new ones. "Don't look scared, I'm just trying to help you, you looked lost. I'm Vice Chancellor Hiro, are you trying to figure out where to go?" Hiro approached the lad and placed a giant paw on the boy's shoulder. The student looked up at him as a sense of understanding washed over him, "Yes sir, I'm trying to figure out how to get to the Assembly hall for the meeting, It's nice to meet you, I didn't think you would be so Huge." The man laughed a little knowing that rumors were always going around about him and his past. "Ah yes I get that one a lot, Don't worry about it though not all the rumors are true. What's your name kid?" He could see the tension dropping as the boy began to warm up to him. "Oh, I'm sorry how rude of me, I'm Ken Talka and I just got into the academy a few weeks ago,... but back to my question, how do we get to the hall?" Hiro turned the boy down the main hall leaving his hand on his shoulder, "Don't worry about that I'm heading there too, so you can just come with me." Hiro looked around seeing some of the older students trying to pretend like they didn't hear him, " That goes for all of you too, I expect you all the in five minutes or there will be consequences." He said it loud enough for anyone in the hall to hear. A few dozen student darted off toward the Assembly Hall. "Come on kid, I'm sure she's started by now, we don't want to keep her waiting," The kid looked confused but was ready to follow Hiro. The duo hurried down the hall at a brisk walk, Ken was closer to running as he tried to keep up with Hiro's monstrous Strides. Hiro continued to tell the students to get to the assembly on his way down the hall. As they reached the hall Hiro stopped and put his ear against the door, "Yep just as I though, they started already, I'm probably gonna hear about this one later, for someone who cares about the rules so much I'm sure not setting a good example. Oh well let's go." Ken nodded as the pair entered the Great Hall.

Cedric had gotten off work and had decided to see how Duel Academy was doing on it's opening day. It had been a while since he had last been at Duel Academy, "Wow has it really been 3 years already? Gosh time seems to go by so fast it feels like I was here yesterday." Cedric said he looked around and saw some people running towards the assembly hall and Cedric decided that he should see what was happening, and headed towards the assembly hall where he assumed he would see the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for the first time in three years. As he approched the assembly hall he took a deep breath and made sure the he was ready to see how much different the school was since he had been there before.
