SUGGESTIONS+IDEAS
Okay, let me begin by saying these are simply suggestions have for things in the guild, feel free to give constructive criticism, but please do not troll or flame, give "good" feedback on the ideas, and by good I mean in depth, addressing the point and no going off on tangents, that will cause arguments and flame wars as it always does, but I am as I said open to constructive criticism on my ideas here, and I will reply to every addressed to me within any and all your posts. (At some point in time anyway.)

1# Guild Storyline:
As we all know, the current storyline has become extremely full on, what with Arielle trying to control the world, and Kaito trying to own the world, and working together or whatever, I do not know the full details, and Kind of wish not to, if people will respect and listen to my idea then please continue to read this, but if not press ctrl+f then type 2# and that will take you to the next idea/suggestion.
Okay, so my idea on this is to Time skip the storyline, and create an arc where everything has calmed down, because honestly, there is no way for people to stop neither Kaito nor Arielle and well we all know Misu and Kedo to be people who can and will keep their characters for as long as they possibly can. So really we need a time skip, have it where their goals have changed, have them as Sannin of a Village or even Kages, hell have them at war with each other, two super powers going at it with each other, I'd love to see how that turns out, especially if both learnt to utilize the AnBu and Oinin Systems effectively sending re-con teams and hit squads on each other's shinobi and villages. You have no idea how epic this sounds to me haha. =D)
Well that is my first idea/suggestion.
2# Guild Social Group Issues:
As we all know, no matter how much we wish not to admit it, this guild is cut up into a handful of social groups, of which I will admit I am in some, now whilst yes, I know we all communicate and what not, but it is undeniable, we have our social groups which we feel comfortable, and yes this is only natural, after all these groups consist of our friends. But I believe there needs to a be "Guild" wide discussion to talk and figure out effective and interesting ways to try and break down the walls of these Social groups. A possible solution to this is in my next idea/suggestion.
3# Two Villages - All Members:
Now playing off both the idea of Possibly Kaito and Arielle going to war against each other, and in need of a way to try and break down the walls of our social groups, one idea would be to have Misu and Kedo both Kage a village each, against each other, and have every other member join a side, Think of it as like Joining an "Underworld" RP Guild, which ever you pick, Vampires or Lycans, it doesn't matter as you're not considering evil to you and your comrades, to you, the opposition is evil and that's all you need to know. So we could have Misu and Kedo both pick their villages and then everybody else simply joins their villages. Once everybody is comfortable with each other and is having a good time, we can allow other Characters to go out and "Find" long forgotten shinobi villages. And that way the guild's RPC's can slowly disperse if they so wish it, or continue on with the war.
