Yes, you can get pregnant even if you've had a tubal ligation, used birth control, condoms. If you've had sex, there's always a chance.
Whether you are pregnant or not, we can't tell you. Only a OTC pregnancy test and a doctor can tell you for sure. Those symptoms you've named CAN be pregnancy symptoms but they're so extremely general they can apply to a plethora of other problems as well.

Haha, yes, absolutly. There's always a chance, as has been said.
Most of the symptoms you've mentioned could easily be due to what I like to call "Placebo Pregnancy." You think you might be pregnant, so your body starts to feel pregnant. It can even make your period late.
Go buy yourself a urine pregnancy test. Don't drink too much before you take it. Take it early in the morning. If it's negative and you are still worried, wait three days and take another. If you get a positive, go see your doctor IMMEDIATLY.

Although I don't mean to sound like a b***h when I say this, if you have to ask "can I get pregnant even when using condoms?", you might want to seriously reconsider having sex until you can get your questions answered and do your research.
Do yourself a favor and educate yourself about sex and pregnancy. Read books, look up information online, talk to your doctor, talk to a gynocologist, etc. Research birth control types, methods, prices and effectiveness rates. Educate yourself about STD's, and if your partner isn't a virgin, ask that he/she get tested before you sleep with them. Take steps to protect yourself and your body.
I can't stress how important it is that you know your stuff and talk to your partner BEFORE you have sex. Because it's a little too late when you have to say, "Oops, I'm pregnant."
