New Domino City's Turbo Duel Liscense Test Track

As Cedric had lost the duel the slow down mechanism of his duel runner kicked in and slowed his duel runner down to a stop. After it had stopped Cedric got off and waited for his opponent to stop so he could congratulate him on passing the test.

"Good you passed that was a good last move, I have to admit I actually forgot about that effect of speed world 2, so I wasn't really prepared for it." Cedric said with a smile, as he finally met someone who took out his Light Ruler Monster so easily. "Anyway, my name is Cedric, may I ask yours?" He said after taking his deck off his duel runner and putting it back in the storage case he had for it.

"I couldn't activate the coin toss on The Fool, so I was waiting till I could get two more monsters out to summon The Light Ruler. That way I got the most out of The Fool, usually once I get the fool in Defense mode I keep him on the field as a good defense." Cedric said accepting the hand shake. "Anyway your Turbo Duel License should be ready to pick up by the time you leave here so you can pick it up later." Cedric said motioning with his head towards the building near the entrance to the track. "Over there inside the building there is a desk you can pick the license up there. I sometimes vist Duel Academy so we might cross paths again sometime." Cedric said once again with a smile on his face, as he was starting to think that this may be the start of a good friendship.
