If anyone has any insight in the differences btw Kansai region speaker and others speakers, please post here.

I'm trying to understand what they are about, and what are the differences.

Hmmm... So far all I know is their declarative だ is や instead. Also, ほんとう becomes ほんま.

Kansaiben also has different intonations compared to standard Japanese.

Sorry I couldn't help much. I'm still learning a bit more about Kansaiben myself.

The negation of sentences changes from 'masen ません' to 'hen へん'.
I can't believe it - 信じられません = shinjiraremasen = Standard Japanese
I can't believe it - 信じられへん = shinjirarehen = Kansaiben

I think that's the most noticeable difference.
