These are the titles that each fighter spends their lifetime trying to obtain.

World Heavyweight Championship
:::Winner gets +3 Prestige Points for every match that is fought with the title on the line. Title can only be on the line twice per month.
:::Current Title Holder -

::Qualifications- In order to qualify for the World Heavyweight Championship, the contestant must have fought in a least ten matches and must have at least a 70% win percentage. The contestant must have a bloodline and be of at least chuunin rank.

Tag Team Championship
:::Winner gets +2 Prestige Points for every match that is fought with the title on the line. Title can only be on the line twice per month.
:::Current Title Holder -

::Qualifications- In order to qualify for the Tag Team Championship, the team must have fought in at least five matches together and must have at least a 60% win percentage. Both contestants must have a bloodline and be of at least chuunin rank. Also the team must have at least three elemental combination jutsu.

Hardcore Championship
:::Winner gets +1 Prestige Points for every match that is fought with the title on the line. Title can only be on the line four times per month but the title match must be a hardcore match.
:::Current Title Holder -

::Qualifications- In order to qualify for the Hardcore Championship, contestants must have competed in more Hardcore matches than any other match type, while participating in at least seven matches with at least a 70% win percentage.

Undisputed Championship
:::Winner gets +9 Prestige Points for every match that is fought with the title on the line and +4 for every match won without the title on the line. Title can only be on the line once every 3 months.

::Qualifications- In order to qualify for the Undisputed Championship, contestants must have lower than a 10% lost percentage and participated in at least ten matches. Contestant must have a bloodline and be at least chuunin ranked.
