The Plague is... The rule bearer, and ultimate destructive power to mere members within the guild. Those deemed guilty of holy, or unholy crimes will fell the wrath and terror my macabre mind can entail upon them. I will eviscerate their living bodies, and then move to destroy both their Gaian reputation, and their actual profile in the process.

Wait wait, I'm not done yet!
The Being known as The Plague weilds two Mythical Weapons. The first of these weapons is known as the famed BannHamma'. This weapon is an instant hit, and killshot to any being of lesser rank than The Plague. Those above will be Dealt With by an almighty diety, known as The Shadow. The second mythical weapon weilded by The Plague is known as "The Shot-Down Gun." This gun is an instant hit, and critical damage to all creatures, even the almighty Diety, The shadow. The gun's power however lies in the weilder's intellect of certain genre's of game, anime/manga, and science. While weilded by The Plague,It is a mighty weapon to behold.
The Plague also has a wonderous power of the illustrious "REPORT" button. While all have access to this power, The Plague only deals this out when there are serious crimes afoot. Every case dealing with the REPORT button has been dealt with, leading to the immediate destruction of said criminal.
So yes, The Law of the land.
