Bulletin Board

Near the middle of the Soul Society, near the North Gate stands a massive board for all to see. It stretches high into the air, allowing even those in the Rukongai to get a glimpse of it from afar. This massive board constantly has messages, alerts, and more running across its' screen. From information regarding the presence of an intruder on the premises to the congratulations of the newest division captain, all sort of messages are displayed on the massive electronic bulletin board. Not only that, but on occasion the bulletin board even sends telepathic messages to designated individuals if needed. While the board is so large, only members of Soul Society can actually see and read what is displayed on the board, making it an amazing tool for the members of the realm.

Announcements for the guild as a whole or to celebrate something out-of-character (ie; a member birthday) should be posted to the Members Announcements thread in the main forum.
Only members in that realm may see what is on the bulletin board, which will keep members of other realms from seeing the important notices displayed.
Abuse of this board will result in it being removed indefinitely.
