you definatly can
i can get guy hairstyles
and my characters a girl

you just have to get a new hairdo
every day for about a week i think
then harriet will offer you the option
for a hairstyle from the opposite gender

You have to have had around 15 haircuts to get the opposite gender haircuts.
The blonde boy haircut with the long bit coming down over the eye looks good on girls. 3nodding
