I was able to buy Shinjuku finally,problem is i don't have enough gold to Invest in items.
So would it be good to sell my Ninja headband,use some of that gold from selling it and Invest in items then buy it back later on?just a idea i have

You should do what is suggested in one of the threads on making gold and play the tanks. You can easily average 2000g-4000g per tank. Average that out to 2500g per minute roughly, and average in time searching for tanks you could easily play 30 tanks in 1 hour which could net you 75000g per hour.
