I read a translated summary of it. It's just kind of like a side-story, but it was still interesting. And it's cool hearing the actors act it out.

It opens up with Soubi coming back to Ritsu-sensei [though this might just be a dream of Ritu’s], and asking for forgiveness…or rather, for punishment. Ritsu-sensei pulls out his whip, and yes, the punishment ensues. :3 But anyhoo, after that, this lady comes in to Ritsu-sensei with this new gadget…at least I think it’s some lady [maybe it’s his talking computer? I really don’t know]. This new gadget is a satellite camera that locks onto whoever you want as a target. Ritsu chooses Soubi, of course. He also looks in on Ritsuka. Ritsuka goes to Katsuko-sensei to have a meeting with her, and she says that it’s felt like a long time! She’s missed him. The first thing she does is show him images and asks him who they remind him of first. “Yuiko.” “Yayoi.” “Shinonome-sensei.” Katsuko is rather surprised, and she makes sure that none of them are girlfriend material (even Yayoi)! She then asks who it is that he wants to see the most, and he answers “Seimei, my older brother.” Ritsu-sensei is watching this whole conversation happen, and he decides to call Soubi (after spying on him first, seeing that he’s at a park, smoking).
He tells him that Ritsuka didn’t mention Soubi first as someone he’d like to see most, hoping to get him jealous. Later, Soubi goes to see Ritsuka, and Ritsuka is worried because Soubi never picked up his phone when he called. “Oh, I had it off.” “Thank goodness.” Soubi then hugs Ritsuka, apologizes, and being the masochist that he is, hopes to be punished by him…yelled at him, anything. He doesn’t though, and then leaves…Ritsu-sensei calls Soubi again and says, “You haven’t kissed in a while. How come you haven’t taken away his ears yet? Don’t you want to? Aren’t you afraid someone else will take them first?” Soubi confidently answers that it’s because Ritsuka doesn’t want to yet, and “It’s none of your business,” then he hangs up.
Yuiko, Yayoi, Kio, Ritsuka, and Soubi all go to this place with horses [a farm? I’m not sure], and then Soubi takes Ritsuka alone to see these rose bushes. He wants a kiss since it’s been a long time. Ritsuka gets flustered and tries to back away, but just as they were about to kiss, a little bomb goes off on Soubi—it’s the camera thing that’s been following them. Soubi knows something’s up, and Ritsu-sensei calls, and he gets mad about what happened. Ritsu-sensei said he just wanted to see him…later the lady comes back and there’s some conflict with the CIA and the camera. In the end, Ritsu-sensei closes with mentioning how he just wanted to see his cute Soubi again…he wants to hold him close, that’s all.

The last track on the Drama CD, btw, is the seiyuu's talking to each other/the listener/etc. It's really funny. Yayoi's seiyuu is such a chatterbox, it's cute xD, Yuiko's seiyuu sounds NOTHING like her, and Ritsuka's is, of course, a girl, lol. Ritsu-sensei's and Soubi's seiyuus' voice don't change, so it's really weird hearing them laughing openly and stuff XD
