Okay, I was bored and thought I would toy around with some ideas. It started with making a Beast deck, then an RFG deck, then I had an epiphany and decided to build this.

This deck is designed to frustrate and throw a proverbial wrench in the gears of any deck that relies on Synchro Summoning while at the same time having its own brand of beatdown utilizing Level 5 WATER monsters. Also, for a touch of competitive flavor, I decided to incorporate Elemental Hero Absolute Zero as well.

Deck: 42

Monsters: 21

Cyber Shark x3 - Only at 3 because its the only Level 5 monster that can special summon itself.
D.D. Crow x3 - Getting rid of Vayu, Plaguespreader, and any other nasties.
Divine Dragon Aquabizarre x2 - Awesome retrieval-from-grave for my continuous spells as well as ALO.
Dragon Ice x2 - Special summonable from grave. Definitely a good idea.
Elemental Hero Wildheart x3 - The only standalone Elemental Hero I find useful in a splash.
Silent Strider x3 - Reduces Tuner levels so that I can force the opponent into synchroing into a weaker monster than they originally planned. NOTE: Must be played when all synchro materials are in place, but before the Synchro Summoning actually happens.
The Legendary Fisherman x2 - Spell card immunity with ALO and can't be attacked? I'll take it.
Warrior of Atlantis x3 - Fetches ALO from the deck.

Spells: 13

A Legendary Ocean x3 - The main reason I built the deck, the focus.
Future Fusion x1 - Absolute Zero.
Miracle Fusion x2 - Absolute Zero.
Monster Reborn x1 - Duh.
Moray of Greed x2 - Running a deck full of Level 5s is hardly a good idea without a means to get them out. Great for recycling and drawing fodder.
Mystical Space Typhoon x2 - Duh.
Water Hazard x2 - Because ALO Reduces all Level 5 WATER monsters in my hand to Level 4, Water Hazard works extremely well.

Traps: 8

DNA Transplant x3 - Changes attributes of enemy's monsters to WATER so that they are affected by ALO's Level Reduction.
Miniaturize x3 - Both as a counter for an attack as well as another means to reduce levels.
Stygian Dirge x2 - Yet another means to reduce levels even further.

Extra Deck: 3

Elemental Hero Absolute Zero x3 - It works in the deck, so I threw it in.

Nah, that won't really work, since it only works for a turn. However, he could side Mind Control in case he's facing something that has Treeborn or another Water monster. If not, Mind Control won't do much.

Mind Controlled monsters can't attack. However, I MIGHT think about running Enemy Controllers instead. Also, I don't really know what to remove for Tuners, so I don't run Synchros.

I mean clearing a monster from the opponents side of the field to attack direct with your own monster hurp derp.

No Book of Moon, the BEST card for shutting down Synchro operations? How about Thunder King Rai-Oh or Solemn Warnings, or both, to shut it down?

Also, Intercept Wave.

And before I forget, Cyber Shark is a Normal Summon.
