So here are all 12 months of the year, with established (or planned to be established) events listed for each month.

The intention of this discussion is to address any event/celebration/guild holiday ideas and fit them into the year’s schedule to a) ensure there is almost always something fun going on, and b) make certain no month is overcrowded with events, or that any major events overlap.
For example - Snapefest will likely happen annually in May, celebrating our surly potions masters’ brave but untimely demise. It would be wise not to host another fest during May, because Snape is a major character and might overshadow the fest of say, Reg/Hermione, a pairing shipped only by guild regulars.
Furthermore, planning sensitivity may be in order - for example, July is Member Recruitment Month, a time when there may be a trickle of new members entering the guild. Hosting an event surrounding remixing old fanfiction may not be the best idea, as new members wouldn’t be familiar with fanfiction posted several weeks before their joining, and would make them feel excluded.
If there are any major points that should be addressed, please bring them up!
