I downloaded Embodiment of scarlet devil. Does anyone know how you open it/ open it with?

What format is it zipped? .RAR?

Extract the files with Winrar. As for loading the game itself, it will be its own program. If you have it as an iso which is highly unlikely, then that's a whole other story.

I would get the vsync patch though, because the movements and everything else you do is delayed. (if you didn't know about it already)
