Personality: Eri is extremely kind and friendly when you first meet her. She always has a smile or a kind word to tell you. She may look innocent, and weak, and she uses it to her advantage at times when fighting. However, she's actually very fierce and serious while fighting. She's a down-to-earth type of girl, who doesn't mind getting dirty once in a while. She's not very girly, but she can be lady-like, polite, and gentle when needed to be. Other times, she can just throw a block of ice at you and not care if you get hurt or not. She has a large hole in the middle of her heart and she doesn't know how to fill it, but she keeps it all hidden from everyone around her with a smile and a laugh.

Physical Description: Eriko is a bit too short for her age, with waist length light chocolate brown hair that curls a little at the ends. Most of the time, she wears the normal shinigami outfit, but she has extra, black arm-warmer/wristies around her forearms. Other times, she wears a casual outfit, consisting of a white tank top, jeans, and a pale violet red sweater, to remind herself of her old life. She wears her fuku-taichou badge around her left upper arm. She has a fragile and weak-looking build, but she's actually really strong.
Zanpakuto Name and Sealed Description: Tatsumaki (Tornado) - A unique katana with a pure black blade and an even deeper black hilt, decorated with silver and a white tassel at the end. He is very calm, despite his name, but when he's angry or Eriko is really hurt, his stormy side comes out.

Kidou: Being the Lieutenant of the 5th division, Eriko has mastered all the Kidou she needs to know. Her specialty is demon magic, since she finds that people don't believe her when she says she's strong enough to fight.

Bio: Eriko was born into a small family, with an older twin brother. She loved her family so much she would do anything for them, including die for them. Her twin, Kenji, was born before her. They grew up in a secluded home, but even then they were content. When they were both 17 when they were caught in an unexpected gang attack. Kenji and her tried to escape, but both were unsucessful.
When she woke up again, Eri was already a ghost, but Kenji was no where to be found. She spent the rest of her days wandering around, until a Shinigami found her and she was sent to Soul Society a week after she died.
After living there, she decided that she wanted to become a Shinigami herself so she could protect living humans so that they wouldn't end up like her, scarred and alone. She jumped at the first chance she got to enroll in the Academy. After passing, she joined the third division, but then transferred to the fifth division. She slowly rose up in the ranks to become the fuku-taichou.
