He looked at the man slightly disgusted, he nearly gagged himself pointing the entry point.
"It becomes part of you. It... It turns you into something grotesque... Like a half robot half Devprickian..."
He sighed and sat down.
"And there's no way to get it out without ripping out their... Their..."
He pointed to the back of his neck and coughed a bit more.

The laws of time are mine.  ►Ⱦhe Doctor◄ ❝The Doctor nodded. "I see," he said. He noted that the man had said 'half Devprickian'. So now he knew the planet he was on and which species lived there. He was initially right. He hadn't been here, but he knew about it. The trees that he had passed were blueish green now, but they were supposed to be an orange color. "Shot in the dark here, but I'm guessing that the plague messed with the environment enough to change the colour of your trees?" he asked.❞ {{Ack, I know. stare At least it's not shadow creatures who eat your bodies. Which I really shouldn't be thinking about right now while I'm sitting in a dark room with no lights but the one from the computer. gonk }}

Keithan nodded solemly, he pulled something out of his pocket of a bright gold orange strong and vibrant leaf picked before the invasion. He let out a loose sigh and sat back down.
"So, who are you foreigner?"
He asked quietly and placed the leaf on the nearest thing. He looked out but couldn't quite tell how bad anything was out there.
"I am one of about thirty left... They need me..."
He said with a clenched fist.

The laws of time are mine. ►Ⱦhe Doctor◄ ❝"I'm the Doctor," he said. "This is starting to sound like a book that I once read." The Doctor pulled his legs off the console and stood, walking over to grab the leaf. He dropped it in the console's scanner and it the TARDIS read it's information. It then whirred into life and started to shake, signifying time and space travel. After several minutes, the shaking stopped and the Doctor walked over to the door. He opened it to show the world outside. It was the exact same spot that they'd been before, but now the trees were the vibrant orange that they should be.❞

"The... Doctor?"
Keithan was confused as the machine (TARDIS) seemingly came to life and moved, it was like a minor earthquake. As it came to a stop he looked at the man- the Doctor as he stepped out the door. Amazed Keithan followed and admired the scenery, he looked around and saw people running in the park and everyone walking around. Itnwas as if the Plague never existed. He embraced the moment and kept his weapons on his back and hoistler. He looked around and eventually looked back to the Doctor.
"You can... Bend time?"
He asked quietly not to attract attention.

The laws of time are mine. ►Ⱦhe Doctor◄ ❝The Doctor shook his head. "I'm a time traveler," he said, as if it were obvious. "This is my time machine. It travels through time and space," he explained, giving the TARDIS an almost lovingly pat. He noticed the guns that the man had. He wasn't a fan of weapons, but decided not to say anything for the moment.❞

Time traveler? Interesting... Keithan thought and looked at the world before his team was created. He saw the completely glass statues and his metal buildings. He smelled the fruit of the trees and smiled. He picked two and tossed one to the doctor and took a deep bite as the sweet fruit acted like an explosion in his mouth. When the Plague came all the fruit rotted.

The laws of time are mine. ►Ⱦhe Doctor◄ ❝He caught the fruit, but didn't take a bite. He put it in his coat pocket as he watched the man look around. "Don't go wandering off. Can't have you causing a paradox when I'm not looking," he said. He turned and walked back into the TARDIS. He pulled the fruit out of his pocket and looked at it. He took a bite out of it and savored the taste. Too bad Earth didn't have fruit like this.❞ {{Lol, alright.}}

Keithan saw the Doctor disappear into the TARDIS and he shrugged. So he wasn't allowed to go out into the city, little did he know that he was a SOLDIER and wasn't soppost to exist, a genetic mix. If he went among the Devpricks he would easily be spotted out and thus causing a paradox... He stayed outside the TARDIS and waited for the Doctor.

They needed to go back and find out what the plague wanted and try to get them out of the natives and get them to leave them alone.❞ {{ rofl Was that fruit a mango? We'll have to incorporate that in later on.}}

Keithan nodded and walked up to the machine, stepping in he waited for the Doctor to close the door. He sat back down on the chair and stood leading on it with his hands out against the chair, he was stressed to know how the world looked like before the Plague. So long ago it was a memory...
"Doctor is it? Why do you call you this?"
He asked with some sense of integument.

He started flipping switches and hitting buttons, causing the TARDIS to start shaking and jarring again. He turned to the man. "You know, I notice that you failed to give me your name," he said matter-of-factly.❞

Keithan grined and extended a hand.
"My name is Keithan."
He said rather quietly. Once he said his name he felt weird, perhaps that bit of information was slightly futile as it was a given name. He couldn't remember his real name so one given it he settled to forget... As confusing as it was to him it was to others.
((It was intended to sound jumbled as he doesn't know his past))

He dropped his hand and turned his attention back to the console, pressing more switches and pulling more levers. He moved around the console until the TARDIS came to a rest.❞
