History:

Appearance: Keistoff is 5'8" with a slim, slight build, long legs and arms, thin features with a nose that was once delicate and pretty and is now slightly hooked and off center from a well-aimed punch in his youth. His mouth is a little too thin and a shade too wide to be considered anything lovely, also adorned with a small scar near to the left end of his upper lip, enough to pull at the skin. Wide dark eyes, wavy brown hair cut just below his ears.

He goes out of his way to wear clothing just a tad too big as the boy shimmies when he walks and as it is Telgar, not only is he aware of this, he doesn't feel like others being aware of it. Keistoff is not keen on his walk and, try as he might, he can't quite stop it. He wears simple clothing at that and always keeps a few small knives on his person and is especially fond of a pair of elbow-length fingerless gloves with leather padded palms.

Personality:
Virtues: Good listener, cheerful, dominant*, protective, quick-witted
Flaws: Possessive, manipulative, vindictive (ADD BIT EXPLAINING THIS, NOZ, YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO, DAMNIT), he taunts bitches.

*I consider this a virtue, although it isn't usually considered a 'leadership' quality.
This boy is... enthusiastic. Yes, enthusiastic is a good word for it. Keistoff finds just as much pleasure in life when he is enjoying it as he does when cheerfully critiquing and destroying those little small things. He will sing praises while, at the same moment, rip the person he spoke of to verbal shreds. No time to waste with idiots but he has plenty of pretty words to tell the person just why they are a dimglow.

If Keistoff talks (and he will), it will be with great fanfair, wide gestures and fluttering fingers, perhaps with pet names littered here or there. If someone has a large personal space bubble, they may not like Keistoff overly much who has developed a habit of trying to throw people off guard by getting into their space, saying things that make them pause and sputter, and doing it with a bright and overly happy smile.

He also enjoys like to listen. For someone so chatty, it may be assumed that Keistoff wants to talk and only talk. While true that sometimes he will try and run the show (most notably when upset and trying to make the other party shut up), Keistoff will ask as many questions as humanly possible when in a conversation. He doesn't do it for any sort of prize at the end or to spy on the people but rather because he likes people.

He tries to keep a low profile. Really, he does. When around the more conservative masses, Keistoff does his best to keep his head down and his voice from pitching quiet so high and lilting as he'd like. He works just as any other Telgar man although his build and slightly lacking physical strength can hinder that. He's well aware of how people like him are handled in their traditional Weyr and does his best to avoid the consequences of being isolated from everyone.

Everything else aside, Keistoff is a very dominant personality in all forms of his life. He will pounce on and exploit any sign of weakness or submission spotted in another person in order to get himself the upperhand - the 'power' in a relationship. He is only romantically interested in extremely submissive man (something in short supply of the Weyr) and what honest friends he has tend to be those of an equally dominant nature. If given the chance, Keistoff would accumulate 'pets' - submissive persons of either gender in a platonic relationship where he would care for and protect them.

This personality trait is really the only reason he stands. Keistoff firmly believes in protecting 'his' people, no matter how they look at him. While he has no problem taunting an insecure bully sort to the edge of violence, Keistoff would nevertheless drag the jerk out of the way of a feral wher.

(This will be edited, just how I wrote it)He should not be seen as 'protective' to anyone outside of 'pets' but rather extremely possesive to a near unhealthy level. It'll get him killed one day, that.
