Welcome to the PMP, host to all of our guild members’ plotting and planning. Whether it be arranging bi-weekly meet-ups on zOMG, orchestrating a real life visit, collaborating to launch a guild Daily Prophet, or working together on a fansite or wikipedia, the Shrieking Shack welcomes teamwork, passion, and dedication.

Projects
"Projects" are threads that are the collaborated effort of two or more members to accomplish something guild-related. (An example: members could be working together to create a guild version of the Daily Prophet - they would place a thread on the subject in this forum for discussion.)
These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines: • Your projects must be related to the guild (or Harry Potter Avatars.) • Your introduction should fully express your intentions. • Make note of whether or not you want others to assist. • Provide some sort of update list to keep members informed of progress.

Event Planning
We welcome user-run contests, fanwork fests, and full-fledged events. Planning for such proceedings can be done in this forum, whether you want to involve other members, or just keep the plotting among a few.
These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines: • Your event must be related to the guild (or Harry Potter Avatars.) • Your introduction should fully express your intentions. • Make note of whether or not you want others to assist. • Provide some sort of update list to keep members informed of progress.

Guild Meet-Ups
Meet-ups, whether they are online or offline, can be organized and advertised here. They can be either character-oriented, or just open for members in general.
These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines: • Your event must be open for all members; you may specify OOC or IC. • If IC, be clear about the kind of characters permitted, and the environment you would like (such as guildverse-canon, or free/plotless roleplaying.) • Provide some sort of schedule to keep members informed of times/dates.

Public Hangouts/Affiliates
Public hangouts are off-shoots of the guild, such as chatterbox threads or non-Gaia websites where members have made hideaways for guild friends. These may be refered to as official affiliates unless the website is adult in nature; discussion of specific adult websites - particularly linking them - is prohibited.
These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines: • You must CLEARLY state if your hangout is either private or open to anyone posting. • Emphasize your desired audience ("Centaur Roleplayers!" "Me & my biffles!") or your topic's purpose. • Make any hangout rules visible and comprehensible. Enforce them. • Discussion of some sort should be suggested (rather than "i love this place" hit-and-run posts.)
