i dont know how to help with the habit of cracking your joints, but as for masturbation, i think i can help here. so you fap a lot and dont like that you do? well theres your problem. there is nothing morally wrong about female masturbation. in actuality, theres nothing wrong about any sort of masterbation, but religious types tend to disagree. but even if you are religious, the bible says nothing about female masturbation being bad. just cryptic mambo-jambo about "omg guys dun waste your seed or god will KILL YOU," with seed meaning semen. women, as far as i can tell, do not have semen. and anyway if you really gave a damn about the morality of it, you probably would kick the habit on your own (actually i could be wrong, female orgasms are supposed to be more INTENSE so i guess itd be harder to kick than if you were a dude).
and if you dont like it for health purposes, im pretty sure nothing bad happens from eÎss masturbation. ive heard that in guys it makes your d**k less sensitive, but i also heard that that was COMPLETE BULLSHIT, but it doesnt matter anyway because women dont have penises. and im pretty sure there arent any other concerns. okay maybe itll get huge and terrible if you go elbow-deep, but i doubt thats much of a concern as long as you go gently.

    I'm really glad that my advice was useful to you smile

    & your idea about first aiming for going 24 hours without masturbating, & then once you've achieved that aiming for 48 hours, & then 3 days, etc. sounds like a really, really good plan. I definitely think you should try something like that first, since bad habits/addictions are generally easier to stop if you take things gradually. Hopefully that plan will work for you, & will make an already very challenging goal somewhat less challenging & more manageable to achieve.

But, just a question, since you've battled an addiction, have you learned any mental stimulants to kind of just relax yourself and the urge? Like, I know they're two totally different things but I know they sometimes can work for multiple things.

i have those same habits plus more, but since they're not bad for me, i just don't think about them.
i also once saw a study that said the average teenage girl masturbates once a day, so what you (er--we, haha) are doing isn't really abnormal. unless you feel like it's controlling your life or something, i don't think there's any harm in it. also, if you become more involved with other things in general, your tendency to stick to your habits will really decrease. even though being active isn't interfering with my habit of cracking bones, i do it much less, sometimes even not at all for long periods of time, if i'm busy.
if you really want to kick a habit, i've found that what works for me is to just completely stop it out of the blue, keep yourself occupied with other things, and don't let yourself do whatever it is when you want to. masturbating should be easier to reduce than knuckle-cracking, because it's not like you find yourself masturbating if you just drift off for a moment, right? ahahah. with knuckle-cracking you might do it without thinking if you just zone out...
but hey, whatever works for you.

oh, and since you asked about how to relax yourself/the urges... meditation! it's not some people's thing, but if you start to get it, it's awesome. you just relax completely, and that's it. that could help you relax until the urge blows over. if not, just go do anything else! i've had problems with binge eating for the past several years, and for me, both meditation and just keeping myself busy work amazingly.

I still don't see the problem myself... I can't sleep if I don't jack off... and sometimes, I'll spend all day doing nothing but Masturbating. it just seems normal to me.

i've done the same thing, and i know at least a couple of other girls who are like that too, haha :3 so i think it's relatively normal... but if you think it's interfering with your life or you just don't like it, then of course it's a good idea to try to reduce how often you do it. go for it! hahah.
