An epidemic of apocalyptic proportions has swept the globe

causing the dead to rise and feed on the living. In a matter of months

society has crumbled: There is no government, no grocery stores

no mail delivery, no cable TV. All that's left is you and the few people

around. Keep in mind that the Walkers aren't the only enemy around...

Looters, Campers and even small societies of people can act hostile for

their last sources of of food, water and shelter.

...Your Role...

People are all different. Not one person was made the same as another.

You, yourself, are different from everyone around you.

Show it. Help out your fellow ex-citizen, or leave him to die. You know,

a meat shield could buy you a few extra seconds to climb out that window.

Or hey, maybe you could even work together to climb up that wall to hide from

the massive hordes trying to tear at both your flesh!

The decision is up to you. Just remember, tempers will be tested.

Rules

Please follow all guild rules and Gaia TOS.

Drama
I love it. This is a survival roleplay, meaning drama will ensue... And I accept it with a smile. And remember... no one is perfect! Characters should have flaws.

Action
Happens in 3rd person please.

Godmodding
Do not, under any circumstances, do this. We are human beings and our bodies can only exert so much.

As the creator
I am also allowed to change the rules. I promise not to be a jerk about it, though. Updates will be made about the changes.

Zombie Control
Will mostly be up to me. There will be times when a massive horde will try to get you, but keep in mind how zombies work.

Zombies themselves
Not able to run, move at a walking pace. They never stop moving and have heightened hearing, smell and sight. You can easily speedwalk from them, but when theres a horde, they manage to move faster. They'll never stop trying to eat you. Luckily for you, they don't learn. Basic motor functions are another plus for you.

Characters
Diversity is awesome. I mean it. Having too many of one type spoils the fun. I'm allowing dual roling, but no more than that. If you kill off a character or would like one killed off, tell me, so I can keep a roster.

Setting & How to Start

Current Area - Northern New Hampshire, USA.
Weather - Cloudy with a bit of percipitation
Season - Fall
Month - October
Time - Sunlight

Zombie Updates - Currently the coast is being seiged from survivors trying to escape by sea.
Zombie Population in Current Area - Minimal

Hints for the Day - Now could be a good time for: Scavenging, Rebuilding, Recruiting, Fortifying, Harvesting, Cooking.

KEEP AN EYE FOR UPDATED INFORMATION

To start:

First, you must PM me a filled out Profile Skeleton from the Skeleton, Full Profiles and OOC thread in the OOC and Profiles forum.

Second, we will start off in a small town of New Hampshire. Reasons for being there can be unknown, but the land is pretty much mountains, farm and country side.

Third, we wait for the mark to start posting. A fourth part will come when I signal/edit this.
