Welcome to the Strikeout Tournament! In this tournament you will be able to select three characters to Brawl as and battle it out round robin style. If you lose a battle, you lose that character.
But, before the tournament starts, we have to find lots of people willing to participate. Therefore, you must partake in at least 2 practice rounds. These practice rounds are every Friday Night Brawlfest and additional days as needed until the tournament begins.
Practice Rounds:
1. Register your friend code here, along with the three characters you believe you will use in the tournament.
2. Go participate in FNB or register for a different practice round regulated by Nitrox Dragon.
3. Show up on wifi and brawl
4. Post in the practice round topic for that night and comment that you did participate online (there are no rules/restrictions regarding practice round brawls)
5. Your name will gain a "*" by your name every time you are confirmed to have participated in a practice round
These practice rounds are intended for you to verify that your wifi still works with Brawl and give you an opportunity to choose/modify the three characters you will Brawl as.
Tournament Rules:
1. All matches will be 1 vs 1, 3 stock matches. Each person is allowed to pick three characters to use. You may switch out between matches. However, you must claim your color. No two entries may use the same color of the same character, but you are allowed to use the same character. (Shiek/Zelda and Pokemon Trainer are all counted as one Character. Since it is impossible to switch between the two, Zero Suit Samus and Samus are considered two different characters.)
2. Items are banned! Items must be turned off for each match. If you forget to do so, you must restart the match and turn it off for the match to be valid for this tournament.
3. This tournament is a normal elimination style tournament. However, each round will be randomized. So, no one really knows who they’re fighting next. Also, you have three chances. Each time you’re beaten in a match you must forfeit the character you lost with. You are permanently out of the tournament when all three of your characters have been eliminated or you decide to drop out of the tournament.
4. The following stages are banned:

You must remove these stages from the randomizer before each match. If your randomizer selects one of these stages, you will have to do the match over again for it to be valid for this tournament.
5. Snake and Meta Knight are banned from this tournament.
