I am looking to assemble (hopefully?) a team for Chaonis! Essentially, he is a very simple Senshi, as far as his concept of duty and responsibilities go. Save people. Break stuff. Run away before the cops come. He would be looking for similar minded senshi, if only because they would be the most likely to want to team up with him. But if he could find a teammate who would challenge him, keep him focused, that would be good too!
He is a leader at heart, if only by ego and pride at first. He wants to do things his way, and that way is through never feeling like he is following anyone elses orders. Through his life as a civilian he has adopted the mentality that if he never makes it look like he's striving for anything, he can't be a failure: if he doesn't try, how can anyone expect anything of him? His biggest fear is failure, for someone to put their faith in him, and for him to fail them.
He was never going to get involved in anything like that, purposefully avoiding all obligation, until he became a senshi. Now he finds himself changing because of it. He wants to be a senshi: he wants to protect people. He finds himself practicing, training, and patrolling because he finally feels a sense of needing to, rather than his generally selfish drive of only doing things he 'wants' to do.
SO.
I would like him to find a team of Senshi who are dedicated to the idea of saving lives. They fight youma, nega, and hell, even humans if there's an innocent life threatened. They would be something like a crime fighting team, except the fact that they're not much for saving people from things that would make their lives harder: just from things that would end their life.
Example: Chaonis would not let someone get shot in a robbery if he could do something to stop it. But if he broke a building while fighting as a senshi and there was something really cool inside that he wanted, he wouldn't be fussed about taking it. It's a moral line that he has fuzzied for himself.
The main reason for Chaonis' idea that it's okay to cause damage or steal s**t at the moment is that he is already treated like a criminal, even though he's trying to save lives. So if he's going to get shot at, and he has before, why not make sure it's worth it? Plus, he likes to have fun, and being trouble is that fun. Making things dangerous, even on purpose, is that fun. He needs to add a certain kind of adrenaline to everything he does, just so he has some justification for doing it.
This team would need to grow! Not in a 'get more members' sense, but in a maturity sense. While one might already have a sense of justice and right and wrong, with Chaonis at the helm things might be a bit... blurred. They would cause problems as well as stop them, and probably won't do the Senshi's reputation too much good at first, through collateral damage/vandalism/theft and whatever. But they would at least remain true to the idea that lives are precious, and they have these powers for more than just having fun.
There's just no reason to get rid of the fun part completely.
And as time goes by, I would hope that they experience more, get into trouble, and learn from mistakes and encounters that drives them on to being a solid, fun senshi team!
