I don't really make mistakes verbally... But in my head I'm always saying stuff like
'je hag-gyo to vais ship'-eun-de test ha-ya-ha-da'
( I want to go to school, but I have to do a test)

One time I couldn't say 'and' for the life of me. It went something like: "Y! ET! TO!..." then eventually "I don't know any more languages! gonk "
I had a friend who always said, "Oui bien." Everyone told her that didn't make any sense, but it was a habit.
