One of the guys closer to Poke stepped towards her to try and tower over her and look intimidating in general.
"I'd like to see some pathetic girly like you try. Besides, it's YOU who is in our way. So ******** off!"
The guy in the back rubbed his temples at all of this. The pointless banter between the two sides was getting annoying and it was starting to give him a headache.
"Will all of you just shut the ******** up already? Just forget about the stupid wimps already."

"Pathetic?" poke repeated, fists clenching as she tried to will herself not to punch this guy right there. "How am I pathetic? you're picking on someone HALF YOUR SIZE!" she shouted at him, poking him right in the stomach. She could tell he was trying to make himself look bigger, but frankly she didn't care how tall he was. The bigger they were the harder they fell.
Assuming that the insulting match wasn't going to end anytime soon, Varn tried to steer the kid out of the middle of the other three, roughly shoving one of them away so he could get through.

As the one boy was shoved, he sneered and went to shove Varn just as hard if not harder.
"Hey! Where the hell do you think you're going? We ain't done with him yet!" he growled.
"Just leave us to our fun, ok?" frowned the one further back.

Not having much room to maneuver, varn was left to be shoved back into his original position, doing his best to keep the kid out of harms way. He couldn't start throwing punches just yet, as if they tried to the kid could get stuck in the middle.
Noticing how varn was having trouble getting the kid to safety, poke decided to get things rolling, as it seemed these guys were just going to be giant pains in the a**. Forgetting about the one she was arguing with, she stepped up to the guy who was shoving varn, coming forward to try elbow out of the way. "He asked you to MOVE, so you bloody well BETTER MOVE!"
