Appearance
[ x ]Height/Weight: 4' 7" and childish build/weight
[ x ]Skin: Rosy but pale
[ x ]Hair: Brown shoulder length bangs with her hair tied into a
[ x ]messy braid. Kept together with a bright teal/blue hair tie.
[ x ]Eyes: Ocean Blue
[ x ]Wings: Ice Blue and Teal/Lime Green
[ x ]Clothing: Ripped and torn clothes of above average quality.
[ x ]Reference : REFERENCE NOT HERE YET O A O;
[ x ]Notes: Looks like a small child. Has a meek posture with
[ x ]unsure/distrusting eyes.
Personality
[ x ]Withheld: Doesn't trust others easily. Normally won't
[ x ]bother to bond to objects or other people. However if she
[ x ]does find someone she trusts she'll stick to them and will
[ x ]develop a strong sense of loyalty.
[ x ]Meek: Doesn't like getting into arguments and is
[ x ]horrible at dealing with her fear of loud noises and shouting.
[ x ]so will often just listen to others or will try to slink away.
[ x ]Skittish and fearful of others.
[ x ]Cheerful: When she is comfortable with her surroundings
[ x ]Esther grows cheerful when she forgets about her past. Can
[ x ]be easily amused with even little things, even the street lights.
[ x ]Polite: She doesn't like people around her being angry
[ x ]or annoyed. Knowing her presence as a dirty orphan isn't
[ x ]exactly pleasing, she tries to be as polite to others so they
[ x ]don't call the guards.

Personal Information
[ x ]History
Esther was born into a warm family, the first of several planned children. However as a small babe Esther's mother had died due to an unforeseen magical incident and the family was broken apart. Her father who was deeply in love with Esther's mother quickly became a protective yet doting father who sought to preserve his wife's memory by treasuring their only child.
Esther grew up sheltered, rarely venturing outside of her home. Instead she would read the books her father would place into his small library. It didn't take long for her to become curious about the outside world, fascinated with it, and one day pleaded with her father to go travel and see the world. Her father agreed and took his daughter west, to the land between Ruse and Cyrsus to the dense Midland. In a series of unforeseen and tragic events, the two were separated and Esther would never see her father again.
After several months Esther made it back home but could not remember where she lived and was too shy and naive to ask other fairies for help. Four years later her clothes are just barely still fitting her frame and accepted the fact that she wasn't going to see her father again; in fact she no longer remembers her father's name or face. To survive Esther learned to scavenge whatever she can from the people around her. In a highly populated city such as Crysus it was easy to find scraps of food even if she had to eat off the floor.

Raised by her single father Esther was extremely close with him. She relied on him for everything as a child and grew up sheltered. Used to be her guardian and protected her.
[ x ]Magical Abilities
[ ]● Charms // Lighting and Illusion
Esther can summon multiple soft glowing lights. These lights look similar to fireflies but they vary in size, brightness, and at times, color. Could be cast at a young age where she confused the spell for summoning stars. It's one of the few charms her father taught her before she was left behind. Used most often at night when she is afraid of being left alone in the pitch black dark. Her most commonly used spell that she sometimes casts without realizing. Acts as her safety net.
Her father was able to shape the lights to turn into small "storybook" faeries.

[ ]● Scavenging
Loves to explore and it keeps her busy. She doesn't bother finding a safe spot to sleep because she rarely knows the way back anyways. Developed pretty well because she has to scavenge for food and as she grows, clothes.

As a kid she read a lot of books at her school. She hasn't had the chance to recently but given the chance she'll drop what she's doing and start reading. Also knows a large amount of vocabulary but rarely uses them when talking.

I think I probably need to mention this somewhere more clearly, but I'll start with her wings. Silver isn't going to work as a color, as it's on the grayscale. Normal faeries don't belong on the gray scale, but what could work is a more muted color of your choice. c:
The only other thing I have a question about in your first post is her last name. Unless she was orphaned so early on that she's forgotten it (or you just haven't added it yet~) she should still have one.
Esther's history confuses me just a little. There isn't a border directly between Ruse and Crysus, and there's a pretty big neutral space in the middle that they've agreed upon in order to separate themselves. (Though Crysus wants to expand into the middle ground due to their growing population...) Also, where is the cold forest? I guess I'm a little confused as to what happened. I'd like to see that expanded. c:
I like her magical ability. It's a very sweet thing. XD
Only, in the faerie realm, "storybook" faeries are their ancestors. These faeries wouldn't really have the same sorts of stories about them as humans.
I don't really have too much else to crit about her character. I do like her overall, and I'm very simple. |D
