So pretty much all my friends know and my immediate family and a couple cousins know only problem is that my Grandma doesn't know and she's coing out here for Christmas. My Grandma is 84 years old and I love her to death. I don't want to upset her, but my Grandma is going to be staying my room which means she'll see that all my dress shirts are men's instead of women's. My mom is also afraid of telling her. She is afraid that my Grandma is going to have a heart attack and I'm afraid that she'll outright reject me. Normally to someone who doesn't accept me I tell them "F*ck You", but because it is my Grandma I can't do that. So any helpful advice? Any of you ever have to tell someone much older?

i'm afraid that i can't really help you. If you don't want her to know, then just don't tell her. and if she asks about the shirts, just say that you like those more than the womens. It's not a lie, its actually a rather accurate statement, right? If she argues the point, then just let her know that you love her, and that this is who you are.
I'm sure your grandmother will still love you, and i doubt that she'd cast you out.
Your grandmother has always loved you and that isn't going to change. she may be a little dissapointed, or even a little confused, but it shouldn't change her love for you.
(I've never told anyone but my peers and maybe a teacher that i'm bi, but not my family due to religious beliefs that i don't want to be lectured about. i wear alot of guys clothes, simply because i prefer it to womens, and cause guy's clothes are easier to wear)

Well acually my grandma is the first person i told. My mom said that she would have a heart attack. But when i told her she accepted me, It was accually my mom who said i broke her heart.
And pluss me and my grandmother talk about it all the time. she knows about my past girlfriends and we acaully laugh at my mom who thinks im lieing about the whole thing.
Buuuutttt my grandmother is allso about 61, Shes not exacually a spring chicken but shes not as aged as your grandmother ether. but maybe you should just tell her if you really care about her and want her to know the truth.
