I don't follow your logic.
Why Valentines? I don't see how this item fits the V-day theme AT ALL.
What makes their price rise so noteworthy? Sure, other Paypal bonuses have gone up slowly, but why is this one so much different?
And lastly, what makes you think that this is a cheap price? History suggests that the Capelet will drop to around 5k or lower, given enough time. And there's no sign of it being pulled as a reward any time soon.
EDIT: don't feel like I'm shooting you down because I don't want you to suggest anything; it's just that when you're suggesting something, you gotta be able to back up what you say with a convincing argument.
and if you truly believe this is a good investment, you can definitely tell us why. mrgreen
