EDIT: I suck, btw. Not too bad, but I'm like a 1/7 win/loss on PC. 3DS is better, but that's because there's less experienced players on that system (and I don't use the lite control scheme. The only thing I use the screen for is the Lp+Mp+Hp and Lk+Mk+Hk buttons)

Unfortunately, I don't have a 3DS nor do I play street fighter over the PC. PS3 only.
And yes, Fight sticks make things a lot easier.
I kinda got that from the title. xp I was just throwing that info out there; maybe someone somewhere will read it that has a 3DS/PC version.
I recently bought a fight pad, it's better than my Xbox controller, but I'm still gonna get an arcade stick in the future. Especially since everyone says they're better.
