The saber was absolutely delighted with the arrival of the mail that day, and nearly pounced the delivery man for the package.

Sanura had discovered the wonder of Ebay, PayPal, and X's Visa card. It was all so very beautiful. Why would anyone want to go shopping when they could buy things online? And when combined with take out and restaurants that delivered, the Boundless saw no reason to leave the estate quite yet.

Her eyes gleamed with excitement, a certain feline look dancing in her eyes as she precisely sliced open the box with her claws.

It was all there. The GameCube she had bought, as well as a stack of games that had been offered with the system. Purring happily in her throat, the saber immediately went to setting it up in her room, practically salivating the entire time.

And then she carefully chose a game, popped the mini-disk in, and hit the power button.

"Oh glorious technology, where would I be without thee?" Sanura said amidst her purrs and the Cube's loading graphics, placing a paw over her chest dramatically and batting her eyelashes for an audience that wasn't there.

Gods Bless Ebay.

'Oh, you'll have fun visiting your brother's family.' Adroi huffed, folding his arms and ducking further into the shadows. The wonambi boy was curled up in the cabinet beneath a sink, peeking through a slight crack in the doorway to warily eye the kitchen. He was not having fun. Stupid Moo.

The snake boy inhaled sharply at the unmistakable clack of hooves on the tiles, pulling the cabinet closed as quietly as possible and shifting just enough to make himself comfortable. Thankfully, he wasn't bothered by small spaces, but all the same--

"Drooooi~?"

Adroi grimaced. It was the centaur again. He held his breath, willing the toddler away, and finally breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing the hoofsteps fade from the room. Just to be safe, Adroi pushed open the door a crack, peeking out after the young boy before opening the door completely and slipping out onto the floor. He felt a nagging guilt, but shoved it aside; it wasn't that he didn't like Cody, he reasoned, but if that little horse stepped on his tail one more time, he might just scream.

And a scream was very, very out of character for Adroi.

But now what, he mused, unblinking eyes wandering the room. Cody was bound to come back soon... He had searched the entire floor until he had found Adroi, as far as the snake boy knew. But the second floor... Cody wasn't very good with stairs. Adroi grinned, slipping out of the kitchen and off for the safer floor.

Halfway up the stairs, curiosity struck, and before he knew it Adroi found himself searching each room he came across. However, he hadn't expected to find people in any of them. Framed by the doorway, the wonambi watched Sanura from where he stood, raising a brow. He debated mentioning that she was talking to a box and probably wouldn't get a response, but decided against it.

She probably already knew that, anyway.

She did indeed already know that, but that didn't phase her.

Sanura sniffed the air, flicking an ear over towards the door, quite aware that there was someone there. Someone she hadn't met yet.

Glancing over at him, she tapped her claws on her chest before cocking her head to the side and watching him. The back of her neck pricked strangely, something she hadn't felt since she was at the Island. "You are a Boundless," she mused, moving her paw to push her glasses back up to the bridge of her nose.

The music for Super Smash Brothers droned on in the background, but Sanura merely flicked a whisker and ignored it. Her attention was entirely on this snake boy.

It was strange to see someone with no legs, and with so little hair as well. But then again, Sanura hadn't exactly met too many people outside of the house.

Adroi felt a chill run down his spine as the girl looked over, and immediately tensed, fighting the urge to slink back out of the room. Instead, he rested a hand against the doorframe, steadying himself and nodding slightly in reply.

As if snapping free of a daze, he suddenly turned his gaze towards the TV and quirked a brow, leaving to doorway to start slowly, warily, towards Sanura. "What's that?" he questined quietly, gesturing towards picture on screen. Sanura herself was nothing new to Adroi; he had seen far stranger, and probably was himself when it came down to it. But video games were something completely foreign.

The saber tooth girl gave him a toothy grin, which widened considerably when she saw where Adroi was glancing at. Moving over a bit, she clasped a paw over the second controller and offered it to the snake boy.

She made herself comfortable, scooching over on the floor, which was covered in colorful pillows and a few electronics catalogs as well. Adroi now had room to sit down if he wanted.

"That," Sanura beamed, "Is my new Game Cube, and you and I are going to break it in. Sit... Or curl up..." She trailed off, looking slightly perplexed for a moment before continuing, "Just make yourself comfortable."

So help him if he broke anything.

The wonambi boy managed a faint grin in reply to hers and, a bit less wary, slipped over to accept the controller.

Murmuring a thank you, he chuckled softly and sunk down to sit beside her, looping his tail around himself to keep from sliding. "I can sit. It just looks a bit different."

It wasn't his fault he didn't have legs. He actually preferred it this way. He never used them much when he had had them. Turning his attention back to the screen, he cocked his head to the side, then glanced down to the controller, absently pressing a few buttons. "What does it do?" A pause, and "I'm Adroi, by the way."

"Okay then... I'm Sanura," she replied, experimenting with the controller before figuring out how to use it. That was something she had found herself good at, figuring out what does what with electronics.

Easily setting up the game so that it was in melee, the saber scrolled through the characters before picking a yellow one, Pikachu. Not that Sanura knew who that character was anyways.

Either way, the Boundless leaned over to show Adroi which controls did what before waiting for him to select a character. "All else fails, simply button mash."
