"Hmm," said Kishu. He swung up and around to be hovering upside down above Fisilla's head. "So what is it you would do, as a dragon not in a clan, when you have a crush on someone, if you don't hve schoolbooks to draw hearts into? Do you roast them on a spit under a low heat? Would you brick them into a chamber only you could reach? Would you hunt them down like prey?"
The ice fell out of its cup and Kishu dived down to catch it again. "How thrilling to be a dragon."
