Today is International Human's Rights Day.

Liu Xiaobo a jailed human activist in China, gets the Nobel Prize but his family, friends and wife are home arrested and can't even go in his place.

This I think marks the second (?) Chinese winner who is unable to receive his prize.

And the Chinese government retaliates by handing out a "Confucius Peace Prize" ...a total 'WHAT?!' moment. Sounds juvenile to me.

What do you guys think about it?

China: crying *on phone* 'allo, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iraq and Iran, Y-You You better not go to the ceremony aru! I mean it, aru! *being watched by bosses* Otherwise I'll--

Ukraine:.....Its so rude if I don't go! I'm going! I'm sorry little brother!!!
Philippines: I'm going!

Norway: I have a chair for him anyway! *huff!*
UN:....*to reporters* ehh...we weren't invited?
