Asikari yawned as he stretched out on the little stretch of grass he was occupying. He'd found himself just wandering in the lush grass, and finally found a nice spot to lay and rest. The sun overhead was pleasent, if a little hot. Hot enough to tempt him into making a trip back to the watering holes or the river for a swim.
But we all know Asi, lazy bones. His coffee colored tail flicked, optics scanning the sky a moment. It was peaceful, but Asi knew it was lacking something. Since getting to the pride he had not spent enough time with his family. Something he missed.
Surprisingly, he even missed Denahi, no matter the hard time the cub that looked so much like Ari gave. And little Tamu, where has he been? Asi shook his head slowly, mane falling into his eyes. It was about time for some family time, didn't the children feel that as well?

Denahi could beg differ about seeing his family. He was rather liking his newly found independence. The last time he saw any of his family, was months ago when Syeira dared to bring that filthy pridelander scum to this place. Or, more like the little red furball found it on his own. Whichever, one of his family was involved, and he wasn't to happy about it.
Those blue eyes of the males narrowed as he spotted the mocha pelted male not to far from where he was. Great, after days of avoidation he met up with him. What was next? His other family members meeting up...?
Spoke to soon I guess. The queen of the land was stalking her way over to Asi, purring quite contently at the sight of her. She shook her head as she nipped at his cheek, lying down next to him, nuzzling him.

Syeira was strutting slowly through the reeds and rushes that surrounded the area, deep greens and faded goldens brushing against the coffee colored pelt that so closely mimiced that of her father. She was a perfect mixture of both of her parents, with her mother's eyes and stripe, her fathers coloring. She had hit the genetic jackpot, in her opinion, because no one would ever convince her that she wasn't beautiful. She was a princess, she had always been treated as such by her father, and she was very skilled at making others believe the same. Growing would never take away that very obvious personality, she would always be vain, but intelligent about it.
She snorted as she passed her brother, head held high and tail waving so vilently to and fro, so that as she finally sturtted past - the tuft of her tail smacked him rather unpolitely in the tail. She said not a word, however, for she was immediately out of the tufts of grass afterwards and in plain sight of their parents.
She smiled, such a pretty thing when she smiled, it lit up her entire facial mask - like the sun lighting up the world, drenching it with color. She slowly sat in front of her parents, curling up comfortably against both their chest, her head leaned against her big burly father. What a daddy's girl.

The heir of the lands sat not too far off from his parents, watching them come together. It was really warming, seeing the two of them, ones who loved one another so much, together and happy again. But that happy picture was immediately stabbed and burned brutally as the youngest male noticed his dark brother, Denahi.
Oh boy. Whenever the dark male was involved in anything concerning the family and such, something always went wrong. And suddenly he remembered when they were all cubs, him and his siblings, and he had gotten in a fight with Denahi.
Sighing and shaking his head to clear it of the horrid thoughts, Tamu slowly blinked. He had always felt like somewhat of an oddball in this family, and so he wasn't quite so keen to go and join the 'reunion'.
If he was called, however, he would go.

Asi purred more as Ari joined him and then his daughter too. He began to purr, nuzzling into both of them. "Aye yeh two." He murmered, nostrils flaring. It was a bit upsetting that he could smell Denahi and Tamu but neither had joined their family. His tail flicked a little, maybe he should call them over? No. Forcing them was not the right thing to do. A small frown remained on his face, part of him felt his family had been broken since the cubs had grown a bit after being born. It was not the type of family he wanted.
"'ow be yeh too?" He glanced between his two beautiful females, one his mate and the other his lovely daughter. At least Syeira did not hate him. Yes, at least that.

Ari grinned as Syeira seemed to plop down inbetween them, leaning into Asi. Wow, just a day you were thinking about lets go find the family, and voila, most everyone of it shows up! Well, scratch that, everyone HAD shown up, even if they didn't want to make thier appearances just yet.
Both her sons, Tamu and Denahi, seemed to be casted off on opposing sides. She sighed, they should come join them (as long as they didn't go ripping eachother's throats out). That wouldn't be two pleasant to say the least. She glanced towards the two next to her, purring in response, "I am fine, my love." was stated to Asi as her serene blue gaze flickered from the chocolate one of the heir, to the identical one from the prince.
Denahi sneered as Syeira just strutted past him, her tail smacking into him. He growled to her softly, but did nothing else. He was not one to attack females, even though his sister tempted him so dearly.
The sight of Tamu however, caused an evil chuckle to run through his maw, stalking forward slightly. He stopped a few steps afterward, remembering /they/ were lying just feet away from him. Damn, can't do anything then.
