A city entirely suspended by massive ropes. These ropes are constantly maintained by the fabled Monkey Masters who train daily in the jungle below the city. Many intruders are slain by swift assassins that use rope to swing, repell, and bungie effortlessly along anywhere within or below the city.

2. No one will steal anothers properties
3. No person shall be taken from their own family against their will
4. No person shall commit vandalism
5. To reveal our cities location, is to commit treason, a crime punishable by death
