Chicago is having a con?

HOW COME I DIDN'T KNOW THAT!!??

Well, I guess it's obvious, since just about every state and major city has one now.

BUT IT'S IN MAY!!!!!!???????

I guess I won't be going then since I'm not going to Chicago until June/July, depending on when my aunt decides to send me my plane tickets. I go every year for two weeks and not once have I been to any doll/anime related events in Chicago...it's soooooo sad.

If you want, the Chicago doll group (ChiTownDollz) of which I am a co-owner could organize a doll meetup for while you are in town. What area of the city will you be staying in?

I'll be staying in the Hyde Park/Lakeshore drive area with my aunt, but I just talked to her and she apparently doesn't trust me around Chicago with anyone that she hasn't known for atleast 60 years, so that basically means I won't be able to go. I wish I could, though.

I'm going and will be bringing Shou with me. I've got a couple other friends not on Gaia that are going with me too and bringing their dolls ^_^

Me and digital_grrl79's Chicagoland Doll Group: ChiTownDollz will be putting on the BJD Panel at Acen 2006. More info to come biggrin I hope to see you all there!!!
