Okay! Kaz is all approved, and I'd like to start getting him into some RPs. Best way to do that is setting up a plot thread of course!.
I won't be starting anything super super quick, as I have to go set up stuff for Schee that I promised beforehand. However if other people would like to start things with Kaz that'd be awesome and I'd reply when I could :3 Otherwise I'll start...starting Kaz/Quail RPs once I get caught up on the Schee side of things (he's still my baby, after all).
For Kazuo
~Kaz (along with buddy Akio) is an 18 year old exchange student from Japan currently attending Meadowview. If anyone wants their student to meet him I'd be fine with that. Doesn't matter if you have a powered form or not :3 all students are equal for this!
~Really I'm down with any sort of civilian interactions. Try me? :3 Kaz's hobbies include drawing (he takes a sketchbook out into nature and doodles) and...monster movies. But he could work with most things, so feel free to suggest things!

For Quail's Eye
~Currently, Kaz has no idea why he has the powers he does. Both himself and Akio were affected by the Destiny City coma epidemic, and after they awoke they discovered their powers. For now Kaz doesn't have a lot of control over them, nor does he know the purpose of them.
~I'd like him to have some run-in's with others in either of his 'powered' forms. Kaz can be in both Eye form, or his animal form itself. Fights are not something I'm looking for at the moment since Kaz isn't the type to run into a fight nor does he have much control over his powers just yet. But run-in's would be fun, sorta spread the word that something is different in Destiny City.
~I would love love love people to run across Kaz stuck in his quail form and temporarily 'adopt' him. I could see it becoming some kind of horrible ongoing joke that he gets stuck in that form and cooed over for being so adorable and helpless or picked up for sheer wtf factor. Humor me? 8D Later on he'll probably figure out that this -could- be a good way to spy on people, so long as horrible things don't happen to him in Quail form (he is not trusting those guardian cats okay :< )
There will be more plots with Kaz, but for the moment these are things I'd be okay doing? :3 He's a new character who's true purpose isn't known by the city just yet...we'll just have to wait and see, yeah? ;D
