History:
Charm grew up in a Minor hold where even at an early stage she hoarded books and would be caught in the tiny library at the strangest hours. She was lucky in that her family recognized this as her talent and had her sent to the closest Harper Hall in hopes that she'd find a useful way to use her obsessions. Her first years were awkward as she got suspended away from the library for destroying property, this of course was unintentional since her nose had been buried in a book. But once she got used to the layout she was able to navigate with minimal damage. Though if something was moved and no one told her it quickly would be tripped over or ran into. And even though she was highly clumsy she was smart and had an eidetic memory. In other words, everything she read she could recite almost immediately.

She was content in this life of ink, papers, and books, so imagine her surprise when she had been searched. She'd exited the library late one night and was surprised at how many people were rushing about. So with a friendly smile she stopped someone and found out that a dragon rider had landed just moments ago and everyone was waking to tend to him. And with that the person recruited Charm to help by taking some food for him and shoved a basket of food at her, so with a shrug she flowed with the crowd. The dragon was tired after all it was already dark and had flown a good distance that day but it was determined not to rest for the night til it spotted Charm as the crowd assembled and tossed it's big head at her. The rider, also weary, nodded and approached Charm. With a smile Charm greeted him and offered the basket. It took the rider moments to inform her that she had been searched and offered a chance to gain a dragon of her own.

She was baffled at the idea after all at 19 she hadn't even thought of the possibility but she'd love to see for herself the system and process of impressing so she readily agreed. Dashing off she gathered a handful of things thinking she could have the rest brought to her later and willingly began a new chapter in her learning.
Description:
She has really long brown hair (mid-back) and mostly cause she forgets to cut it. She claims she's 5'2" but that could be debated. She's not slim and skinny as most would think a bookworm would be. I mean records are quite heavy. And she has emerald green eyes.
Personality:
In 5 words: hyper, scattered brained, clumsy, sunny.
Most of the time she's hyper which makes her not concentrate on what she's doing and she trips up. She's also a collector. If it has anything to do with roses, books or nic-nacs she's all over it. If her attention is captured on something hours slip by in mere moments to her but if she's not absorbed she flutters from topic to topic. She's also an insistent optimist, it takes alot to get her down.

If you want to get Charm to do something all you've got to do is show her what new things she'll learn from the action. Experience is one of the most fulfilling ways to learn something in her eyes. Of course if you can't persuade her that way you could always give her a dare though if she finds out you played her for the fool expect for her to confront you about it. But even though her nose could be stuck in a book she wants to be around people and she's not hesitant to strike up a conversation with anyone close enough. But she won't sugar coat anything she says and as such isn't always tactful when she speaks.
