In this forum you may hold battles with members of the opposite faction. Fighting is a key part of this B/C, as malware and anti-viruses are constantly trying to eradicate each other.

The battle system will rely on the random number generator. Each stage has a certain amount of HP, which also determines the range of numbers they can generate.

    ••Stage 1: 20 HP, can generate number between 1 and 10

    ••Stage 2: 40 HP, can generate number between 1 and 20

    ••Stage 3: 80 HP, can generate number between 1 and 40

    ••Stage 4: ?? HP, can generate number between 1 and ??

The numbers generates represent the amount of damage you do to your adversary. So, if you have 20 HP, and your opponent generates the number 5, they have essentially done 5 damage to you and you now have 15 HP.

The item shops sell a variety of items designed to give you the upper hand in a battle. However, to prevent godmoding and unfair wins, there is a cap placed on the number of items you may use, depending on your level.

••Stage 1: you may use 1 item per battle

••Stage 2: you may use 2 items per battle

••Stage 3: you may use 3 items per battle

••Stage 4: you may use ?? items per battle

Please read and adhere to the rules below:

      ••No godmoding

••Play nicely and remember this is only a B/C

••Each battle you complete will count towards battles required for evolution, whether you win or lose

      ••Programs cannot "die" in battle

••If you've lost, don't sulk. Remember you may still win the next fight!

••In team battles, the winning side is the team that eliminates all the enemy players first. It is up to you to come up with an effective strategy.

••Teams may gang up on one program, but if you are that one program remember that you entered into the fight willingly and that it will be a challenge.

••All battles must be RPed in this subforum

How to tag your threads:

••Basically, you would put the number of people in each team in brackets before the title. So for example:

    [2x3] BATTLENAMEHERE

is a two versus three battle.
