Sadhbh inclined her head. Something was obviously bothering him. But it wasn't any of her business, so she let it pass.
"Fair enough" she replied. Then busied herself with fixing a meal, she didn't know when they'd get a break like this again and this could be their last proper meal for a while. "So out of curiosity, what exactly is chasing us?" She inquired.

Skor made a sniffing sound, then scratched his head with his index finger, "Another Demon named Daemon..." he did a little chuckle "its a dumb name is you ask me." He patted Kew's head and headed back in the cave and sat on a rock. "What ya makin?" Skor inhaled deeply.

She laughed "Daemon, really?" She remarked. It was a ridiculously unimaginative name for a demon. Though for them to be running from him there must be some fearsome aspect of his character that she wasn't aware of.
Sadhbh gestured to the dried meat from her pack and the small bundle of dry herbs and the other fresh ones she'd collected. "Stew." She replied, wondering how long it would be until their next proper meal.

Skor's stomach makes a animal sound, "You should hurry and cook, he's getting closer...." He looks out the cave and watches a dark cloud rise from his hometown. Kew curls up next to him.

She took the stew off the heat and gave him most of it, on a plate with some pieces of broken bread. Then she gave herself the smaller portion and began to eat.
She finished eating quickly and began to clean up. Removing all traces of their stay. Then she pulled out a small flute and began to play to herself to relieve the tension of waiting.

Slot ate his food slowly until, Sadhbh started playing the flute, he stood up and walked outside with his food. "Kew check out the town for me, report back quickly." Kew did a nod and a sniff and sprinted off into the woods making no noise whatsoever. "Get ready" he called back to Sadh "we're leaving in a couple of minutes." Skor stuffed some bread in his mouth.

Sadhbh put her flute away and nodded. Calliope readied herself at the cave entrance. Everything had been tidied so as not to leave any trace of their presence there. Sadhbh watched Kew dart between trees and waited for his assessment of the situation.

(sorry or the typo the "slot" thing)
Kew came back in a rush and looked deeply into Skor's eyes "Damn..." he looked back at Sadh "you ready?" He put on his jacket and flames coiled around his arms. From the flames dark red hair replaced his sleeves and ebony bear claws stretched from the cuff of his jacket.
