This is Royal Infinity with one of the most awkward looking Pokemon in the game, Qwilfish. (UU)
Qwilfish

Qwilfish is a small, round fish Pokémon covered in many sharp spikes. These spikes are derived from its scales. It has a paddle-shaped tail which is about half of its body length, colored with a bluish line around the perimeter and two markings in the center of the pattern. The top of its body is a bluish color, while its underbelly is a pale cream color. Qwilfish has large pink lips that makes you want to kiss it. It really doesn't matter the gender because those lips are there.
(As you can see in the image above, it truly is a face only it's mother could love).
Qwilfish is a powerful Pokemon, not to be underestimated. It has uses such as absorbing the opponents Toxic Spikes, or even be a speedy time bomb with Explosion. It can easily rip apart teams that are unprepared. Explosion can take just about anything out, including Bulky Pokemon that don't resist with a Life Orb backing it up. Under the rain, this Pokemon is a machine, and can be used at it's full potential.

Base Stats
HP - 65
Attack - 95
Defense - 75
Special Attack - 55
Special Defense - 55
Speed - 85
Okay, I know these aren't the best stats out there, but I guess they could be worse.....At least it's better than Unown...
But, with 95 Base Attack, it is pretty powerful.
Type: Water/Poison
Abilities
One thing that makes this Pokemon so good are it's abilities. I mean, double speed in rain? Who wouldn't want to be faster than your opponent?
How about if you touch me your badly poisoned? I think that would help me get some damage on you even it I die.
Swift Swim - Doubles Speed in Rain
Poison Point - Enemies' contact moves have a 30% chance of poisoning them.
Strategies
Well, this Pokemon is very useful if you know how to use it. In fact, almost every Pokemon is useful with the exception of a few....
Anyways, let's look at some strategies from Smogon "experts"
Spikes Lead / Anti-Lead
Well...Attach a focus sash and lay down your toxic spikes or spikes. Hopefully you will out speed you opponent's lead and get some damage off with Explosion. Which is pretty good if you manage to take that lead out. Qwilfish is also an anti-lead, since it can learn Taunt.
Rain Dance Sweeper
95 Base Attack is decent, and under the Rain, the water STAB increases even more. Equip Qwilfish with a Life Orb or Choice Band, you have an extremely fast and hard hitting fish. The moves I recommend for this set is Waterfall, Explosion, Poison Jab and the last slot is debatable. You can have Destiny Bond, or Thunder Wave, Rain Dance or Return. Whatever move you feel you need, just put it on. Kabutops usually outclasses Qwilfish, but always remember it has something Kabutops does not, and that is Explosion.
Notable Moves:
Aqua Tail
Aqua Jet
Waterfall
Explosion
Thunder Wave
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Taunt
Poison Jab
Bounce
Rain Dance
Toxic
Destiny Bond
Return
Training
The recommended stats you EV train this Pokemon is Attack and Speed.
The recommended nature is Jolly or Adamant.
Summary
Overall, Qwilfish relies on it's team mates to set up Rain if you are using Swift Swim. Since many bulky Pokemon can learn Rain Dance, you will find it easy choosing a Pokemon to help support Qwilfish. If your using him in a Spikes lead, it is pretty straight forward on what you need to do. It's handy if you need to take out a Bulky Pokemon that doesn't resist Explosion. It can also throw off any team not expecting it to pop in.
