I want to take this time to remind everyone that we have been seeing a terrible bout of lethargy and apathy lately. I understand that the supermajority of our Guildies just havn't had the time; myself I've been far too busy with School, and also been experiencing technical difficulties. but even among those who are here I have seen, again, all the workload being carried by only two people. for that reason, I have made some leadership changes, cutting a couple Crew Members, demoting our inactive VP and replacing her with one of our hardest-working Members.

I will be giving incentives to those who are Active, and disincentives to those who are inactive. for anyone who opens a Business on Gaia and bases it here in the Tribe (or links to it in a Thread here in the Tribe) I will personally make a purchase. if I cannot make the Purchase, I will make a donation. regardless, I will gladly Plug and Advertise for you, and will donate 500 gold at the end of any month in which no sales were made.

for those who start a Discussion Thread, I will give 250 gold at the end of every week in which no posts were made, to a limit of 6 months.

for those who Write, I will award 500 gold for every completed Song, Poem, or Chapter of a Novel.

all Threads deemed "Successful", at my discretion, will be awarded 1000 gold.

however, I will be demoting inactive Crew, and charging 25 gold per week of inactivity of any Member. if you refuse to pay the fine, you may appeal it. if your Testimony is acceptable, the fine is waved. if not, and you do not pay the fine within a week it will be increased to 625 gold and you will be given a grace period of one more week. fail to pay, and you will be banned from the guild. Crew members will be demoted first if they fail to pay the fine.

I hate to be the bad guy. I hate dictating, and laying down rules. I'm an Anarchist by Nature, so this realy goes against my Character. however, I love the RoseSoul Tribe too much to let it fall into inactivity. I hope to see you all prove your Love to the Tribe. so, I feel forced to mandate it.

I hate abusing power. I hate being a tyrant. I absolutely hate dictating. so, I have retracted my new rules. however, I still need activity. if we are going to attract more Active Members, the burden can't be left to just the same 3 folks who have been doing all the work the whole time. we need the rest of you to get involved, be part of the solution.

we wanna know what it is you want out of this guild, so that we can put it here for you. I've been encouraging that Members post freely and openly, starting anything the want to start, an participating in their Fellow Guildies' Threads. precious dew of you have, and alot of those few have since dissapeared. the load has been left to me, Shan, and Scarlet. and two of us are in College, and the other is Pregnant! to say the least of all our troubles!

we're doing this alone, and we can't keep it up! so what do you say? help us out here? I understand the disaproval with the fines and treats, but if you don't want that than I'm gonna have to insist that you at least help us out here.

no, no... I'll save them for when it gets realy bad... you know I hate dictating. it's just not my thing, it isn't in my nature. I'm an Anarchist. aye, I'm Dominant, but this is different. I'm far from oppressive.
