No one can say if any item will rise or not, or when it will or by how much.
We can only guess.
I, personally, think it will.

It is a very good christmas item, and the dress is one of the better ones Gaia made in my opinion

Im expecting that it will. It has "winter" in its name for gosh sakes, so thats already a clear indicator of going up a bit once the weather gets colder and the holidays approach. Its a relatively popular item as well, so I would be surprised if it didnt do anything.
