WOAH! I see a bit of a problem with the ttar /frosslass combo.
frosslass needs hail for the ability. thus has to use hail, thus taking down your sandstorm, which of course powers your gligars ability.
if you witch out your frosslass, it'll take down your hail and put sandstorm back up...
plus other than T-Tar and gliscor, everything else on your team will take damage from the sandstorm, and everything other than frosslass takes damage from the hail.
I see that as a big problem.
what happened to the dusknoir you wanted? I offered to send you a duskull an you completely ignored me.
since your not running an actual gym , your gliscor doesn't need to know a dark move, I'd replace nighslash with earthquake, its powerful and gets stab, great coverage. I'd also consider either roost for HP recovery on the gliscor, or swords dance which will allow him to sweep relatively well with his combo of spee dand defense.
whats the honchcrows hidden power??
weavile should have nightslash, not beat up. does 60 base power at the best of times, as soon as one pooke faints or gets a status ailment, its down to 50, and if he's the only pokemon left, it will be worthless.
I recomend, Ice punch over ice beam, weaviles physical attack is far better, so even though ice punch is weaker, it will deal more damage.
I recomend night slash, ice punch, brick break and ice shard or swords dance.
metal claw hits nothing that brick break doesn't. (as far as I can remember)
the Ttar wa slooking good..til dragon pulse. im not sure if thats the best to go with.... if he learns ice punch Id recomend that. it will get dragons too. or maybe give it toxic or soemthing? iono, I dont rmemeber what his Sp atk is, but he might be able to pull off a drago pulse... its your call.
and for frosslass, I'd recomend a shadow ball over psychic, its stab so it will do more, also destony bond would be could if you know your about to die. or even a confuse ray.
Hope this doesnt come off as overly negative...
and finally the natures... are they all neatrual stat natures??? if so, they dont negate anyhting put a 10% boost to a key stat can make a huge difference, and sometimes ther eis a stat thats eithe rcompeltely useless, or so low that the 10% reduction makes very little difference.

i'll help more if i can get a clearer picture of your team (ev's, natures, and individual roles in the team) if you aren't against replacing some of your team i can help with replacements as well, but heres my two cents, at least the biggest threats that i can see
natures seem off like BMOC said, and the team has a few weaknesses rock, ground and fighting mostly, though i see double weaknesses in fire, water, ice, steel,
an infernape, gyarados and BP Scizor would take down most if not all of this team
drapion falls to Nape/gyarados with earthquake
gliscor falls to waterfall/aqua tail from gyarados -or- ice beam, surf/hydro pump
honchcrow falls to fireblast from infernape, almost anything from gyarados and Scizor -or- ice/rock/electric or just about anything that hits for neutral damage
weavile falls to Scizor mostly, but a sashed nape with mach punch would be able to 2hko it also -or- steel (primarily bullet punch) fighting, fire and neutral hits
T-tar falls to Nape with Close Combat/Mach punch combo Gyarados with a +1 DD waterfall/earthquake and scizor with bullet punch/technician boosted bug bite -or- fighting, ground, water
Frosslass' biggest threat is scizor with bullet punch, but with entry hazards up it'll fall to a sashed nape's fire blast or a gyarados with stone edge

decent but your natures are a bit off of the standard and the team is easy to counter in general but if it works for you then keep going at it

You have Sniper on your Drapion, but it's kinda useless on this set. I'd put Cross Poison and Night Slash. Both get STAB and both have high critical-hit ratios. 3nodding
