Just something I found and would like to share.Responses to this:Quote: Quote: Quote: Quote: Legally they can drop a baby at any fire or police station or hospital without questions asked. Morally they could leave the child on ANY doorstep or public bench or the library or SOMEHWERE where the baby would be found alive instead of dead...hiding the child in a trash can ensured his death.
It is horrible with the police leaving all of his clothes behind. You see the clothes and realize how tiny he was, how alive...and now he's gone. Even most pro-choicers would call this murder.. It's really sad to imagine how scared that woman must have been to feel she needed to do that. Sounds like it could have been from some sort of post partum psychosis. Some women have a complete psychotic break from reality with all the hormone shifts right after giving birth and especially if this baby was clothed and then put in the trash that doesn't sound like the act of a sane person to me. It seems like a tragedy all the way around. It is sad that our society has helped her feel so alone that she thought that was her only option. This is why good people can't sit there and do nothing when a women is pregnant and needs help. Society can't tell women "It's ok to get rid of your baby simply because you don't want it" and then be surprised when things like this happen. This kind of behavior won't end until all realize how precious life really is...and it's our responsiblitiy as prolifers to promote that message whenever we can.

A mojority of women today cry "I shoudl abort to continue my life." This is scociaty's fault. The women shoudl be able to cry "I shouldn't have to abort to continue my life" Sadly, the peopel to day have pretty much pushed abortion ot the extent where the child will ruin your life. Its not your fault that your life is ruind, its society's because they don;t want to help you

Abortion tells women that they need an unnatural act available to them in order to be equal to men. It's bullshit.
Instead of society stepping up and telling women that they don't need to change themselves or alter their reproductive organs, it simply reinforces this. It reinforces the belief that women need the right to kill their children in order to be equal, it makes women feel dependant on this right.
So we're no longer dependant on men, we're dependant on this act of killing, society claims we cannot be equal without it and so we have to strive for it.
Then when a women takes it a step further and kills her born child society acts suprised? You're the one that taught her to do this, you're the one who taught her that she was worthless without this right.
Well, not you, but you get my drift.

Pyrotechnic Oracle Miranda has a bone to pick. Pro-life men are bad, pro-life woman are fierce! Well I hate being told that I can't be equal unless I have the ability to change something about my body. I cannot naturally be as good as a man I need a medical procedure to be that way. And then they try and get off telling me that I'm trying to enslave women.
Please, the pro-choice idealolgy is enslaving women in this concept that we're naturally lesser than men, and we've always got to be dependant on something. Oh no, us frail women can't make it on our own. Give me a ******** break.
This is like an avid pro-Ana person telling me that I'm anti-woman because I think women should be hospitalized when they starve themselves to try to fit to what society tells them they should.

Abortion honestly makes me feel like I'm worth less because I'm female. There's something about it that just makes me feel...smaller? I can't describe it.

Ohyes, we're anti-woman because we want to make it clear they don't need to kill their children to be equal. Yes, we're anti-woman because we want to make it clear they don't need to kill their children to have a normal life. rolleyes

Abortion makes me feel smaller, too... O.o
And yes, I knew this was going to happen. Ever since the filthy operation was legalized, there's been thousands more child abuse cases in the world, because if it's alright to kill unborn babies, then there's no harm in killing little kids, or, that's the way some people see it.

It really is all about age. At what age does a human become a person? Right now it's birth, but before then a human is property, even though it isn't a different creature than an infant. So the law tells women that her child is a person at birth, even if she doesn't believe it's a person then. Why are they surprised when women don't buy the legal distinction and decide their children are property? What is the difference between an infant and a late fetus? Why should she have to listen to someone else's definition of a person? It's her child. This is the argument made, right? Not only that it's her body but that the thing inside her body isn't even a person.

Seeing how woman are made to give birth, abortion ruins your body and takes a life. It's not helping woman or "saving lifes" since most those woman arn't dying, they'er just selfish and only care about themself. Makes me sad to be a woman in this world.

I'm not sad to be a woman.
I'm just sad that some women have settled for this...not only that but think this is the greatest thing to happen to women since getting voting rights.
Abortion is a quick-fix for your individual need. But it does nothing to help women in general. It only gives people a reason to postpone finding a better solution, which leaves the women who would NEVER opt for abortion stuck in the mud. Even if society turns its back on a pregnant me (hypothetically)...I'm really lucky to have two great parents and an incredible boyfriend who are really supportive. But what about those who don't? Just because they won't have an abortion doesn't mean they are not worth helping at all. And yet, this is what's going on. The only cure for a women's pregnancy problems is abortion...or at least that's what it feels like.
But...I do feel strongly that we're going to win in the end. I really do. It won't be tomorrow or next week/month/year. I don't even know if we'll live to see it. But someday.
