Will It go up or down during christmas? Because I was planning on selling mine if it goes up. Be honest give your best estimates of the price it will hit then, or the price it will drop too.

price of what it would be but teh Muramasa
is being called "The Katana killer"
People think it will kill off the Katana and Muramasa
will take It's place, but no one know's for sure if its true,
but wait a few weeks or a month but keep track of its
worth on marketplace

Yeah, we really can't predict what anything will sell for.
I would suggest you just keep an eye on it in the marketplace.
And if you decide that you see you can sell it at a price you are happy with, then do it.

People think it will kill off the Katana and Muramasa
will take It's place, but no one know's for sure if its true,
but wait a few weeks or a month but keep track of its
worth on marketplace Nothing can kill the anceint katana for three reasons a)because it has been around for way! longer than murumasa, b)it has gained way more cred than murumasa as long as its been out c)just because its cheaper doesent mean it will be more popular
The Facts behind these statments are. There are lots of other Sword wepons heck even other Katanas but none of them have beat the Anceint Katana, or even matched gotten close to 1mill or above, take the Onyx Bolster Sword it is a good sword item and it hasent got to one mill since its been released.

well not to be rude or any thing in any way or form but i dont think the katana will go up or down in its price range i think it will stay balance beacuase so many people have it and the less of the item the uprise people will want like for instance - lets say a person bought all of them and now he has the ability to chaneg the price to as much as he wants so because hes the only one with the item -this is called a monoply effect
so in my opinion it will stay in the price range

I don't think its gunna change much in price soon but! I feel this item is a must own, its never a bad investment cause its garenteed to hold its value, plus its so popular and easy to sell

Maybe because the Onyx Bolster sword is a rig item. Actually Muramasa can kill the Acient katana.In my opinion the Muramasa is very well made and a great substitute to the ancient in time it will inflate.People will go for substitutes when they don't want to spend 1.5mil on a sword.

It doesn't matter what you say, fact is that the Ancient Katana took a 300k hit once the Muramasa came out, in the same way that Horns of the Demon took a hit from the Wed to Darkness.
But it'll probably rise during Christmas anyway. You're right that the Ancient Katana has that status; this hit is only temporary.

katana's are the tortoises of the investing world. They go incredibly slowly, but keep gaining ground in contrast to alot of other items, until like NTA said, a mimic item comes out.

honestly, even though muramasa is 160k +, and even if katana took a hit, the muramasa doesn't even measure close to the katana.
any person with self respect wouldn't choose a crap replacement for something they want for their avatar unless it looked damn near identical. as an example earlier, horns and wed to darkness.
so keep them until you see a spike, or wait for the steady rise.
whatever you want. they'll go up and up, slowly as they've done since release.
