Questing that ******** kitten.
I have 10 mil atm.
My options: Buy Ultimate Victory Invest
Is Ultimate victory something I should risk?
If not, What can I invest in to make at lest 70 mil in profit within the next month?

OwO
Well, no one can really say how much any item will be worth tomorrow, or in a week, or in a month.
We can only guess at what would be good investments.
I would suggest the animated halos. Or some of the older MC's.

Hoarding isn't a quick way to earn massive amounts of gold. With 10mil, there's nothing you can invest in to get 70mil in a month.
Don't try opening RIG's, you're more likely to lose all your gold than gain any. The only way you might get 70mil in a month is if you vend, and unless you're extremely fast and have lots of practice, doubt that'll happen.
Hoarding is usually a few months at the least. I'd suggest you keep building up your gold, and invest in Super Prize 2010 next month.

But my advice is that you don't spend all of your gold on one item. Buy as many as you think you should, then invest in something else.

[x]Living Dead Girl[x] How much does the Super Prize generally raise in price?
There's only been one Super Prize. There was a bundle in 2008, but it was a lot more like a CS bundle than a normal CI.
Regardless, this is the yearly graph for the Super Prize 2009:
