This thread forum has several intended purposes:

ONE, it is for Quest Threads, which, for those who do not know, are seeking a semi to full Custom slot and are either saving up for it or have their plan for said IWP BC already laid out! You might want one if you have a] sought a Customs slot or b] plan to have one soon! This is very helpful to colorist and line editors!

TWO, it is for the RPing for those seeking to reach "Balloon" stage, aka Stage 4. Roleplaying is ONLY Required to reach the 4th stage!
