Thank you! Working out for thirty minutes a day has helped as well. Thirty minutes of working out reduces the change of chronic disease smile

Just wish I could take the fat off like clothes. Ahhhhh. I was near 180 (yeah, I did gain from this december, but have lost about ten pounds since then) and am lighter now. The crazy thing is I had friends saying 'do not lose weight, you look amazing, we love your body! (they were being honest) and getting onto me for losing, and looking at me with disbelief when I told them I was almost medically obese. I guess america has lost the concept of what a healthy weight is, therefore they see almost obese or obese as normal. And people have to be morbidly obese before they promote a friend losing 40, or 50 pounds.

Well, I joined a global connections club at my university. Found out how bad animal products can be! Feeling better and better stamina since being more careful with eating animal products
