I want to sell because of this certain item but what if it goes higher and i make a mistake I like to hear your guys advise if you would mind.

I think this item might keep on going higher - but if you need the gold or are happy with your profit, you should sell.

It's not going down anytime soon. If you are happy with the profit, though, then sell now.
Otherwise it's going to follow the exact pattern of the sweetheart ring. 2-3 months from now it will likely be worth 1M.
