Under his real name, which has been kept under wraps ever since arriving on the pro-wrestling scene, Nuke Fusion purchased UWE from under Rachel Hollett's nose. Obviously Hollett would not sell one of WWE:E's developmental federations to a dire enemy, so this has been seen as quite a catch for Nuke.
After finding out the news that it was, in fact, 'The Prodigy' who bought UWE, Hollett filed a court case. That same day it was resolved, and there was found to be no injunction of the contract signed.
Many WWE:E fans have readied themselves to make the switch between :E to UWE, whereas most fans are just wondering how Nuke will do to bring another guild from nothing to - potentially - mainstream status.
Fusion himself has been quoted on UWE.com as saying, "This change of ownership has released a formerly maginificent federation from it's shackles, and now the only way we can go is up. We have the financial backing, the fan base which has kept itself alive, although on the brink of destruction under Hollett's rule as WWE:E CEO. But, most of all, is that we have all of our Superstars still under contract, and are in the process of contacting them to get together a revival show."
It has also been revealed that over the past 6 weeks, Nuke Fusion has acquired a 7% stake in WWE:E from minority shareholders.
