Heh... that's usually my method when checking guilds.
(including my own guild, Chrono Trigger Haven; though if I see no activity in there for more than 2 weeks, I go post something right away to hopefully create some activity again in there...)
I feel bad that no GK info has been posted in here since July (and sorry about not posting the December stuff like I said I would; so much happened that month that I ended up totally forgetting), but oh well. Maybe once after SakuraCon is over I can begin posting details in here once more and hopefully some people might take notice. And even if not, it sure is nice to have a little chronology record of GKs past.
Btw, a bit of info for anyone reading this: The reason that I know all the details of each gathering is because I'm one of the chief organizers (I'm co-admin of GasuKan's official Facebook group page and one of the main people in charge of setting up event pages there once the date/location/theme has been fully finalized... and very often am the one who comes up with the awesome themes, too, since people tend to not care about deciding upon that as they used to a few years ago [which is a bummer since GasuKan's founders' considered that an integral part of the whole GK experience for cosplay enthusiasts - the joy of creating something new or clever to fit the theme, or else wearing an existing cosplay that goes well with it]).
